Group Coaching
In Group Coaching a group of up to 8 people is being coached around a certain theme. I offer group coaching by phone and occasionally in face-to-face workshops. Group Coaching offers the following benefits to clients:
- the opportunity to meet others who are in the same situation
- the opportunity to network
- the environment to synergize, energize and motivate each other
- accountability to the group
- a cost savings
Includes:
- 3 60-minute group coaching calls per month, maximum 8 participants
- 1 pesonalized 30-minute coaching call per month (optional, additional cost)
- Pre Coaching Assessment
- Global contacts and resources
- Unlimited emailing between sessions
- Up to five 5-10 minute phone calls, if needed
- Opportunity to learn, share and network with other participants on the group call
